Cold Salads and Soup Specials at the Eco Cafe

In order to offer more to our valued customers, Eco café has introduced daily specials from April. The mouth-watering fare includes cold salads and soups and thirst quenching fresh juices to beat the summer heat. New soups to be introduced will be cold Cucumber soup, Carrot and cilantro soup, Gazpacho soup and Mulligatawny soup. Juices will include Sugarcane, Tender coconut, Fresh Mango, Litchi and Minty tomato and Apple and Cranberry coolers. Under the new salad list will be Rice salad, Pasta Salad, German Potato Salad, Nicoise Salad, Pineapple and Chicken salad, Papaya Salad and Waldorf Salad.
